I have to say, the service your department provided was second to none, if I could pick faults, then I certainly would….just ask Rob.
On behalf of myself and everyone at Weiss Technik I’d like to thank you for the service you and your team provided in carrying out remedial works at the University of Exeter. Not only were you and your team representing ISD Maintenance, but you also did an impeccable job of representing Weiss Technik too.
The whole experience from the moment you reacted to my initial enquiry, right through to completing the works and handing back the keys was a joy to witness.
A special thanks has to go to Matt, from initially carrying out a detailed site survey, going through and describing the proposed works, right through to carrying out the works a fortnight later. On more then one occasion did he got beyond the call to duty to ensure I was happy with the works, by contacting me on a daily basis with a progress report, but also ensuring the end user was satisfied with the works – and this was despite the fact he was accidentally locked in for staying late, which he did to ensure the work was carried out to the highest standard.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Stephanie (as Matt’s handler) for organising the visits at a time that suited me and for issuing the correctly formatted paperwork (RA/MS). Which was signed off first time – no mean feat!
It’s always a pleasure to work with an outfit that end up making me look good
